HIRING

PROcess

You've just completed the first step to becoming a member of the D2D Logis team. At anytime during this process, do not hesitate to contact a member of our team for clarification on any of the following steps by e-mailing us directly at the address that arrived in your inbox.

Thank you and let's go!

Step

01

Job Application

You've already applied for a position. Did you take the time to read the "Basic Requirements" to see whether any of our positions are a fit for you? Also, make sure to provide the best way to contact you.

Step

02

send resume

Prepare your resume/CV--English and Japanese versions-- and send to the contact e-mail provided in your inbox. If you have only one available, that will be enough to proceed to the next step. Eventually you'll need the other so don't forget to send that at a later point in time.

Step

03

introductory call

A Zoom  or Line call will be scheduled with those  applicants  who make it to this stage. This is not  a formal interview yet but a way to introduce a member of our team to you and to double check on required documents.

Step

04

formal interview

In this formal face-to-face interview, all relevant details of position will be discussed and any questions answered. Be prepared to answer questions both in English as well as in Japanese.

Step

05

work site inspection

All prospects who pass the formal interview stage will get an opportunity to see what a real delivery work site feels like. If you're an experienced driver, this will not be necessary.

Step

06

two-three day training

Except for experienced delivery drivers, all prospects must undergo a two or three day training period working side-by-side a seasoned pro. You will also have an opportunity to work alone in order to practice the skills that you've acquired.

Step

07

officially hired

If you're a good fit for our team and after you've satisfied all steps in the process, you'll become part of our expanding and hardworking team .

頑張りましょう.
